Mica is a natural occurring mineral and serves many purposes. It can be supplied in many forms such as block, flake, powder and sheet and is widely used in mechanical/ electrical heating elements, gaskets and of course as a shades for light fixtures!
This project allowed us to play around with this mineral to recreate some timeless fixtures. The colors and shades of mica are truly beautiful!
