Mica is a natural occurring mineral and serves many purposes. It can be supplied in many forms such as block, flake, powder and sheet and is widely used in mechanical/ electrical heating elements, gaskets and of course as shades for light fixtures!
This project allowed us to play around with this mineral to recreate some timeless fixtures. The colors and shades of mica are truly beautiful!
